Digital & Physical Commercial license - everything that Digital Commercial license covered + physical reproduction of the artwork such as merchandise.
If you wish to use my artwork(s) for commercial purposes, please purchase a commercial license from me.
You may upgrade your license at any time.
Regardless of the license purchased, you are required to credit and link back to me whenever you use my work.
Prohibited Use
I'm accepting your request believing that you will use my works in a good faith.
Please note that I do not accept. my works to be used in these manners:
NO Racism and blatant discrimination against marginalized groups..
NO Support for terrorism.
NO Political propaganda.
NO AI generation and NFTs.
NO Any activity that incites or is illegal in the name of the laws..
Payment
REFUND
Generally, I do not do any refunds.
However, in the case that I failed to start your order, then a full refund will be given.
If I failed to give you any progress for over 1 month, then a refund is possible. The amount refundable will be discussed.
I reserve the right to cancel your order and refund you if that happens.
For VGen commissions and collaboration commission, please refer to the respective refund terms.
Revisions
Revisions can be requested for an extra fee.
Revisions due to my misinterpretation of your request will be fixed without extra cost. However, this will only occur when I sent you the WIP and you corrected me, otherwise, I will consider my interpretation as correct.
If you are found to break any of my policies as above,
I reserve the right to revoke your license without giving you any refund.
